Privacy Policy
Effective date: March 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how IIIXIII handles information related to OBS-Part-Splitter, an OBS frontend plugin for splitting local OBS recordings into numbered parts and supporting optional YouTube live splitting when OBS is configured for manual stream-key mode.
Local-first processing
OBS-Part-Splitter primarily processes recording and session data locally on the user's computer. Recording files, filenames, part numbers, titles, and session organisation are handled locally unless the user chooses to use an optional connected-service feature.
OBS-Part-Splitter works with recording-only, streaming-only, and combined workflows. Features such as part numbering, session continuation after interruption, and local session organisation are handled on the user's machine.
Support data we may receive
- Support emails you send to us, including your contact details and the contents of your message.
- Limited technical details you choose to include for support or troubleshooting, such as your OBS version, operating system, logs, or a description of an issue.
Google and YouTube connection
OBS-Part-Splitter includes optional Google and YouTube connection for YouTube live splitting features when OBS is configured for manual stream-key mode. Google user data is used only to provide the connected feature the user chooses to use, such as creating and managing the related YouTube live parts and optional YouTube chat handoff between parts.
We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising.
Where OAuth tokens and Google data live
In the current implementation, Google OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored locally on the user's machine in the plugin configuration files. The browser sign-in flow returns to a localhost callback on the user's computer, and token exchange, token refresh, and YouTube API requests are sent directly from the plugin to Google.
IIIXIII servers do not receive or store those OAuth access or refresh tokens. Unless a user separately contacts support and includes account-related information in that message, our servers do not receive Google OAuth tokens from the plugin.
